Our Parks

The Flushing area boasts a vibrant network of parks and recreational spaces that offer something for everyone. Across the community are eight parks – ranging from large sports-oriented fields to cozy neighborhood green spaces – providing year-round outdoor activities for all ages. Residents and visitors can enjoy everything from picnics under shady trees to energetic ball games, scenic riverfront walks, and free Concerts in the Park during summer evenings. The City of Flushing is committed to keeping its parks welcoming and accessible to all – recent and upcoming improvements include new playground equipment, extended trails, and facility upgrades to enhance safety and ADA accessibility for visitors of all ages and abilities.
